B.R.: Fix the cable (Fig. 42/a) already tted to the bars
on the side bar guard board with the screws provided.
- Fix the cable eye (Fig. 42/b) to the eccentric (Fig. 42/c)
using the screw, nut and lock-nut, leaving the necessary
clearance to allow the rotation of the eye itself.
- Plug in the connectors J14 - J16 (Fig. 43).
Proceed to check the proper working of the front access
guard board:
- Check that the angle between the guard board (in the
working position) and the platform is 90° (see Fig. 44).
- Check that the front access guard board microswitch
is tripped with a maximum rotation of 30° of the same
guard board with respect to the working position, as
in Fig. 44.
- If the guards are not opened or closed correctly,
adjust to the specied position using the register fork
(Fig. 41/b).
g) Close the platform using the cover plate and the
xing screws provided.
h) Remove the wedge and plastic clamp (Fig. 40/c,d)
used to hold the platform horizontal during
adjustment from the platform supports.
(i) Tighten the nut and lock-nut with a driving torque of
4 daN ± 0.1 (Fig. 45/a,b).
