7. Licenses and Upgrades
7.1. Licensing
You can add features to your unit by purchasing additional licenses from your
local representative or from https://www.vislink.shop.
NOTE: Before ordering the license(s), you will need to provide the required ESN
(Electronic Serial Numbers) and hardware serial numbers as requested on
the webpage. See Section 5.4 to locate electronic serial numbers.
Hardware serial numbers are located on the unit’s chassis.
7.2. Firmware Upgrades
To upgrade the unit’s firmware, refer to the firmware release note for your unit.
Firmware update information is available from the Vislink FTP site, via the Vislink
website:
