Endangerment of the environ-
ment from improper handling
of environmentally hazardous
substances!
The improper handling of en-
vironmentally hazardous sub-
stances, particularly improper
disposal, can lead to substantial
damage to the environment.
• Always follow the notes stat-
ed below for the handling of
environmentally hazardous
substances and their disposal
in compliance with all laws and
regulations.
• If environmentally hazardous
substances are unintentionally
released in the environment,
immediately implement the ap-
propriate measures. In case of
doubt or as required by law or
regulation, inform the respon-
sible local authorities about the
damages and inquire about
suitable measures to be taken.
The following environmentally
hazardous substances are used:
R290 Refrigerants are ecolog-
ically friendly, but a ammable
product. They could contain
poisonous and environmen-
tally hazardous substances.
They must not be allowed to be
released in the environment.
The disposal must be imple-
mented by a professional waste
disposal operation. In the event
of damage to the cooling sys-
tem, immediately contact cus-
tomer service (see back page).
