6 Alarm button
Alarm key
Press the alarm button only in an emergency.
When this button is pressed, the vehicle horn
sounds and the direction indicators flash. The alarm
is deactivated by pressing the button again.

Remove the battery from the battery

Insert a new button cell battery into the
battery compartment → .

Press the cover onto the housing → fig. 41 1 .

Dispose of the exhausted battery in an
environmentally friendly manner.
Button batteries, if swallowed or inserted into the
windpipe, can cause serious or even fatal injuries in
a very short time due to suffocation or internal
burns.
If the vehicle keys are used carelessly or
carelessly, accidents and serious injuries can
occur.

When leaving the vehicle, never leave a vehicle
key inside the vehicle. Otherwise, a child or
unauthorised person could lock the vehicle.
