MESSAGE PLAYBACK
If you have new messages, the telephone plays the new
messages, and then the old messages.
If there are no new messages, the telephone plays back
all messages (oldest rst).
To play messages at the telephone base:
Press
when the telephone is not in use.
Options during playback:
• Press VOL+ or VOL- to adjust the speaker volume.
• Press SLOW to slow down the message playback.
• Press X to delete the playing message.
• Press
to stop the playback.
To play messages with a handset:
1. Press MENU/OK when the telephone is not in use.
Then, press
/ to scroll to
ANS. SYS.
2. Press MENU/OK and
/ to scroll to
PLAYBACK.
3. Press MENU/OK.
• When there is no message in the answering system,
the handset prompts “You have no messages”.
Options during playback:
• Press
/ to adjust the speaker volume.
• Press
to switch between the speakerphone and the
handset earpiece.
• Press 6 to skip to the next message.
