DOORBELL
After you have registered an Audio Doorbell (VS013)
to your 17450 telephone base, you can follow the
instructions below to congure your doorbell.
The doorbell helps you get notied at your telephone
system upon visitors’ arrival. When the doorbell is
chimed, it sends an alert to your telephone. Both the base
and handsets will play the chime tone.
Under Device Setup menu, you can change the doorbell
chime volume and tone, and congure the call divert settings.
Chime Volume
1. Press MENU/OK when the phone is not in use, and
then press
/ to scroll to SET DEVICE.
2. Press MENU/OK to select DOORBELL.
3. Press MENU/OK twice to select CHIME VOLUME.
4. Press
/ to adjust the chime volume.
5. Press MENU/OK to save.
Chime Tone
You can choose from different chime tones for the
telephone base or handset.
1. Press MENU/OK when the phone is not in use, and
then press
/ to scroll to SET DEVICE.
2. Press MENU/OK to select DOORBELL.
3. Press MENU/OK and then press
/ to scroll to
CHIME TONE.
4. Press MENU/OK and then press
/ to choose the
chime tone.
5. Press MENU/OK to save.
