6.13 Maintenance
• Do not service, repair, adjust or clean the machine when it is
switched on.
• Remove accumulator from the machine before maintenance work.
• Observe maintenance intervals according to maintenance plan. Have
work that is not listed performed by a service partner.
• Replace worn or damaged machine parts immediately. Only use
spare parts from the manufacturer.
• Carry out maintenance work in a clean and dry environment (e.g.
workshop).
• Keep the machine clean.
• Replace any missing, damaged or illegible safety labels immediately.
Safety and information labels contain important information for the
protection of the operator.
6.13.1 Service
• Only have the machine repaired or serviced by technically trained
personnel.
• Only use original spare parts and accessories. The operational safety
of the machine is thus maintained.
6.13.1.1 Threaded fittings
All threaded fittings must comply with the specified specifications and be
firmly bolted together. Observe the tightening torques! Screws and nuts
must not be damaged, bent or deformed.
Particular attention should be paid to the following:
• Self-locking nuts and micro-encapsulated screws must not be reused
after loosening. The fastening effect is lost.
• Threaded fittings with adhesive protection/liquid adhesives (e.g. Loc-
tite) must be cleaned after loosening and provided with new adhes-
ive.
