Repairs at the unit
11.8 Replacing the Circuit Board

The following procedure must only be performed by
a Wagner Authorized Service Center.
PerformthisprocedureusingCircuitBoardKit.
1. Open the relief valve, valve position PRIME (k circulation).
SwitchtheunitOFF.Unplugthepowerplugfromtheoutlet.
2. Loosen and remove the four motor cover screws (1). Remove
the motor cover (2).
3. Disconnect the red and black wires that connect the circuit
board (3) to the motor assembly (4).
4. Disconnect the white wires that connect the circuit board to
the pressure switch.
Attention
Do not attempt to pull wires from the inside of the
pressure switch assembly. If the pressure switch
wire connector is not exposed from through the
opening in the pump housing, pull gently on the
wires until the connector is shown through the
opening.
5. Disconnect the black wire that connects the circuit board to
the circuit breaker (6).
6. Disconnect the white wire that connects the circuit board to
the power switch.
7. Loosen and remove the two circuit board screws (8). Remove
the circuit board (3).
8. Install the new circuit board (3) and secure with the two circuit
board screws (8).
9. Reconnect the wires that were disconnected in steps 3-6
(Refer to the Connection Diagram, section 11.9).
10. Slide the motor cover over the motor. Secure the motor cover
with the four motor cover screws.
