Replacing and Repairing
PTO/Blower Drive Belt Removal
PTO/Blower Drive Belt
1. To remove the PTO/blower drive belt:
a. Disconnect the electric clutch plug, and
remove the wire from the plastic clip. Tuck
wire out of the way.
b. Slowly disengage the jackshaft tensioning
spring using the lever behind the RH drive
tire.

c. Push the clutch stop arm forward to unlock
clutch body and rotate the clutch 90 de-
grees counterclockwise.

Push Clutch Stop Arm Forward
d. Again push the clutch stop arm forward,
rotate the tension cam clockwise, and lock
the tension cam with the clutch stop tab.
NOTE: If the cam doesn’t rotate freely, pull up
on the jackshaft to release pressure from the
cam while rotating.
