• Do not allow maintenance and cleaning
operations to be carried out by children
or incompetent people;
• Do not remove the guards and/or parts
of the body;
• Do not access the inside of the machine;
• Do not perform maintenance and
cleaning operations other than those
described in this manual.
HIGH TEMPERATURE HAZARD
When cleaning, take care around the
parts of the machine that can become hot:
• Avoid contact with the dispensing
group, water spouts and steam nozzles;
• Do not place your hands or other body
parts near the steam, hot water or milk
dispensing nozzle tips.
I.IV PPE FEATURES
When maintaining and cleaning the
machine, the following PPE is required:
Gloves
To protect all machine parts
that come in contact with food
(lter holders, lters, etc.).
Only perform the maintenance and
cleaning operations indicated in this
manual.
Any maintenance and cleaning
operations not expressly discussed
in this document must only be
performed by the Manufacturer’s
Qualied Technicians.
All maintenance operations must be
carried out when the power supply
has been turned o, the water mains
has been closed o, and the machine
has completely cooled down.
If a malfunction cannot be resolved,
turn the machine off and call out
one of the Manufacturer’s Qualied
Technicians. Do not attempt any
repairs.
The appliance must be descaled by
one of the Manufacturer’s Qualied
Technicians in order to ensure that
its operation does not lead to the
release of materials which are
hazardous for food use.
Any unauthorised tampering with
any parts of the machine renders any
guarantee null and void.
