5 FAQs (Manufacturer)
Through this section, you can know the following frequently asked questions by
manufacturers during use, and their corresponding causes and solutions for
troubleshooting.
• Axis servo alarm.
• Failed to register the system.
• Drive 400 alarm.
If the solution does not work or you have any other questions, please contact with

5.1 Axis Servo Alarm
Cause
1. Polarity error in port Axis Servo Alarm.
2. An alarm in axis servo drive.
Solution
1. Adjust polarity of the corresponding port.
See Adjust I/O Port Polarity for details.
2. Check the servo connecting wire of each axis.
5.2 Failed to Register the System
Cause
You exited System interface during registering the system.
Solution
Press → 1 to enter into Sys. interface, take a picture of the interface, send it
to your developer, and stay at the interface until the end of registration.
Note: Once you exited System interface, you need to take the picture and send it to your developer again.
