Built-in Test sequence operation
The Built-in Test shall execute the following operation automatically:

During the Damper check (it should take about 90 seconds) on the freezer display will
be displayed the code “02” alternatively to the code “00“. During the above Test both
compressor fan & evaporators fan and also the compressor will be switched ON for at
least 15 minutes.
During the water valve dispenser check on the freezer display will be displayed the
code “01” alternatively to the code “00“. On the ITW and AKO appliances the water
valve dispenser check will be executed combined with the paddle switch activation. This
operation shall be executed within 15 minutes since the damper check is finished (if
within this time-out the Core Board doesn’t get any feed-back the Test will be
considered not passed).
On Biruni appliances, no paddle activation is necessary complete the water valve test.
At the end of the Built-in Test if all was OK will be displayed the code “00” till the Built-
in Test is completed.
Notes:
The Built-in Test can be engaged also when the system is in Std-by OFF (the system shall be turn ON
when the Built-in Test ends)
If a communication failure happens during the Built-in Test it will not be displayed
If the fridge or freezer probe is disconnected the Built-in TEST will be engaged only after the “C” alarm
is displayed
