Possible reason:
Bad mounted plastic corners or too big gap
between mullion and top metal frame. Warm air comes in the
compartment. 1 mm gap is acceptable.
Too big gap between mullion and
top metal frame. In this case, change
the appliances.
Bad mounted plastic corners.
In this
case, follow the description in the
Service Bulletin 4812 711 40135/1.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostic:
Ice formation on the inner liner freezer flap
or roof and light switch.
Note: Be sure that the doors are aligned before to proceed!
Ice formation could also be related to a door misalignment issue.
