There is a defect on the Biruni user interface board, if appliance is
produced before 2009.
Exchange the User Interface board, Main Control board and
solenoid, as described in Service Bulletin 4812 711 40314 v1.1.
Be sure to use to use the new PP3 User interface board (see
pictures below).
Troubleshooting & Diagnostic:
User Interface flickering display,
automatic change of temperature set-up,
random engagement of the solenoid and the water valve,
not delivered ice (in some conditions)
(2008 Biruni appliances).
