Faults Causes Remedies
The system is running with city
main water whereas the rainwater
storage thank is full
The control panel is in manual mode Restore the correct functioning mode on the
control panel.
Despite the sufficient water level in the tank, the
float switch did not change the supply mode.
The cable is damaged or the float switch is
blocked inside the tank
Check the contacts or perform a visual control.
The system is automatically renewing the water
inside the break-tank (check chapter 6.2)
Nothing to do, it’s a programmed feature. Check
chapter 6.2.
The float valve in the break-tank
is not closing/water is draining
through the overflow
The float valve is defective or mechanically
blocked
Perform a visual check, and if needed remove the
break-tank in order to check the float valve.
Controller error codes
STEADY RED LED (Fig. 5, rep. 24) (press
the up/down arrows to see the default
code)
A01: Dry running Check the water inlets and then press RESET to
restart the system
A11: Default detected on the float switch
or with the cistern pump (if installed) in
the rainwater storage tank
Check the float switch and the cistern pump (if
installed)
A21: Issue with the flow sensor Press RESET to cancel the default. If it lasts, con-
tact the Wilo after-sales service
A02: Overvoltage Check the electric network, then press RESET
A05: Issue with the pressure sensor Press RESET to cancel the default. If it lasts, con-
tact the Wilo after-sales service
BLINKING RED LED
The system detected a default but tries a
restart after 5 minutes
Wait for the automatic restart (ART), otherwise
press RESET for a manual restart.
If a failure persists or cannot be solved, please contact a specialist or the nearest Wilo
after-sales service.

Contact a local retailer and/or the Wilo after-sales service to order spare parts.
Mention the article number of the system on the rating plate for a rapid processing of
the order or service request.
