5.5.7 Clean the milk system manually
(BasicMilk/EasyMilk)
Scalding hazard
• If abeverage is initiated accidentally, there is
ahazard of being injured.
> Always switch off the coffee machine prior to
cleaning.
> Disconnect mains plug.
Health hazard
• In case of eye contact, the WMFmilk system
cleaner can cause severe eye injury.
> Ensure that the milk system cleaner never
makes contact with the eyes of aperson or
animal.
 Pull forward the lever behind the combi spout
 Remove combi spout
 Only with BasicMilk: remove milk hose from milk
container and release from combi spout
 Release the mixer hose (if present)
 Mix 5ml of WMFspecial cleaner or aspecial
cleaning tablet with 500ml of warm drinking water
 Dismantle combi spout
 Only with BasicMilk: immerse one end of the milk
hose in the cleaning solution
 Only with BasicMilk: immerse the length of the
remaining milk hose in the cleaning solution
This procedure prevents air bubbles from remaining in
the milk hose.
