We recommend using a sludge separator with integral
magnetite separator in the boiler inlet to protect the
highefciencypumpandtheboiler.Thisisparticularly
relevant for old systems and mixed installations.
Beforeconnectingit,ushtheentiresystemto
remove residues such as weld beads, hemp,
putty, etc. from the pipework. Check the dirt
lter.
• The gas condensing boiler must be switched OFF.
Close the gas ball valve.
• Open the cap of the automatic air vent valve on the
highefciencypumpbyonerevolution.
• Open all radiator valves.

a cold condition to approx. 2 bar via the return.
Neveruseinhibitorsorantifreeze.
• Bleed all radiators with a bleed key and if the system

• Check the entire system and all component unions
for water leaks.
Ifleak-tightnesscannotbeensured,there

• Switch ON the condensing boiler at the red ON/OFF
switch in the WOLF logo (pump will run).
