2. Safety handle and its circuit inspection
 Turn the key switch to the “M” position;

 Be sure the E-STOP button is released;

 Press and hold the safety handle;
 The START button should illuminate green;
 Press the START button to start the motor. The motor should start.
 Release the safety handle. The motor should be stopped.

 Press the START button. The motor should remain stopped.
 Press and hold the safety handle. The START button should illuminate green, but the motor
should remain stopped.

3. Cutter cover safety switch and its circuit inspection
 Turn the key switch to the “M” position;
 Be sure the E-STOP button is released;
 Press and hold the safety handle;

 Turn on the motor;
 Open the cutter housing cover;
 The motor should be stopped;
 Try to start the motor. The motor should remain stopped;
 Close the cutter housing cover;
 The motor should remain stopped until it is restarted with the START button.
4. Cutter motor brake inspection
 Turn the key switch to the “M” position;

 Be sure the E-STOP button is released;
 Press and hold the safety handle;

 Turn on the motor;
