1.1 Owner's Porolio
To help you enjoy the many features, benets, and accessories on your new World Cat, we have provided
you with the following materials:
• World Cat Owner's Manual (model specic)
• Vendor Supplied Manuals for various accessories
• Delivery Checklist
• Warranty Informaon
We refer to this package as the Owner’s Porolio, and will reference it oen throughout this text. The port-
folio contains a wealth of informaon, including advice on safety, operaon, performance, maintenance,
and warranty. Reading and maintaining this informaon is extremely important, and could be the dierence
between a posive and negave experience on the water.
For your convenience, World Cat also provides the NMMA publicaon Sportsh, Cruisers, Yachts Owner’s Manual.
It will be referenced occasionally in your owner's manual, and provides supplemental informaon on safety
and basic boang pracces.
1.2 Warranty Informaon
Upon purchasing your new World Cat, your dealer is responsible for compleng the warranty card and
returning a copy to the factory. The Dealer should provide you with a copy to keep in a secure place so it can
be referenced quickly in the event of a warranty issue. The 10 year limited hull warranty is transferable, and a
copy is included at the back of this manual should you decide to sell your boat.
1.3 Dealer Responsibilies
Our dealers are an extension of the factory and we expect them to provide you with great customer service
to help prepare you for a posive ownership experience. Therefore, we set forth a list of responsibilies for
our dealers as follows:
• Provide courteous service and explanaon of the product prior to the sale.
• Provide sea trials for potenal owners.
• Provide a detailed orientaon of your boat's features and general operaon upon delivery, including
safety and performance.
• Complete and sign delivery checklist.
• Explain, complete, and submit all warranty informaon in a mely manner aer the purchase.
• Provide the customer with the Owner’s Porolio and explain the informaon included therein.
• Provide service aer the sale, or help the customer locate a qualied service shop at home or away.
