3-5-3 Passengers on driving crane
3-5-4 New crane running
During the crane driving, the cab is
----
licensed to carry two persons, and prohibit carry
people outside the cab.
The new crane running mileage is 1500km.
Before the running, have a routine check for
the crane and ensure that the crane is in normal
working condition.
1. Not immediately accelerated after the
cold engine starts, firstly running at 1000r/
min for 3 to 5 minutes,
only reach to the
normal working temperature, then can just be
accelerated of rotation speed, and during the
running period the engine rotation speed should
be controlled within 1800r/min;
2. Driving on rood selected as good as
possible during the running period;
3. Choose the appropriate gear while avoid
sudden acceleration or emergency braking
according to the load and road conditions;
4. C heck and c on trol the e ngine o il
pressure and coolant working temperature;
5. Often pay attention to the temperature
of the middle and rear axle hub and brake drum,
like heating severely, and should find out the
reasons and immediately adjust or repair it;
6. In the initial 50km driving or after
changing the tyre every time, check and screw
the wheel nut tightly with the specified torque.
After the new crane running, do the check,
maintenance and repair according to the repair
manual "first check" content and the engine and
gearbox specification requirements.
Please be careful to choose safe space for the
crane operation.
Before starting the work, firstly walk
around the crane a circle to check. Please do not
think the crane need not be checked out since it
was in normal working condition at the end of
the
last time work.
Before starting the operation, please check
if all the covers and safety devices are in the
properly places and working normal.
Every day one should check the safety
equipment before starting the work (specific
safety equipment refers to safety device content
of section 8.4 in operation manual ).。
