The out-of-service condition of the crane
means the state in which the crane does not
carry out any hoisting operation. The landing
outriggers are in fully collapsed state and the
assistant jib loading boom is in packed-up
state and positioned on the right side of the
suspension arm.
After the hoisting operation stops, the
installation accessories like assistant arm, etc
shall be parked up, stop the getting-on motor
from working, switch off the power source in
getting-on operation room, close and lock the
operation room door and windows.
Stop the getting-off motor from working,
switch off the getting-off power source, start the
parking brake（hand braking）, close and lock
the door and windows of the cab.
The crane must be parked on smooth and
massy ground and stopped at a safe place.
