casually;
e. lifting weight along the horizontal direction as much as possible to reduce high-frequency ray
absorption;
f. when doing some necessary manual operations, rstly put it on the ground or insulation place;
g. use the appropriate detection equipment to test temperatures of the used tools, if the distance
tool in the range of 1cm ~ 2cm is measured of 500V voltage, the tool may not be touched by hand;
h. processing the ammable objects requires that the distance far from massive metal plate of easy
electric spark is at least 6m;
i. once the accident or special phenomena occur, one should be timely report to supervisor or
safety engineer.
3. Crane machine management nearby airport
When the crane is used nearby the airport, one should obey the local laws and regulations.
4-3-3 Wind load inuence
Before the crane operation, crane operators must determine if it is suitbale for the crane operation
according to meteorological data published by the authority. The maximum working wind force of
crane is ve scale (wind speed 14.1m/s and wind pressure 125N/m
2
).
1.Object anemometer
During the crane operation,the standard is the instantaneousaneous wind speed of the working
height. Relations of wind scale and wind speed of weather forecast in table 4-3.
After the calculation of 10min average wind speed at the height of 10m from the open ground
times the conversion factor 1.5, the 3s instantaneousaneous wind speed is obtained,that is, the working
wind speed.
