5-1-1 Main purpose and scope
5-1-2 Main characteristics of XCT80
truck crane
It is mainly used for lifting operation and
installation work.
The product is widely used in the lifting
operation and installation work in urban and
rural road conditions and field environment.
Particularly, it can be applicable to the ports,
docks, bridges and other large-scale projects, as
well as other complex operating environment.
XCT80 truck crane adopts the 4-axis
chassis, featur
es full head cab, full coverage
plate, front-H and rear-H type outriggers,
reasonable overall layout, compact structure,
beautiful shape, large lifting capacity, and a wide
range of operations.
T h i s m a c h i n e h a s t h e f o l l o w i n g
characteristics:
a. Five-section U-shaped telescopic boom,
4-axis chassis, rst and second for steering, third
and fourth axle for drive are adopted, four-axle
chassis, Steering by 1st and 2nd axles, driven
by 3rd and 4th axles. Starting switchwith
powerful driving, flexible steering, and more
reliable braking system. Key structural parts
are made of high-strength steel, featuring light
weight, high stiffness, and signicantly improve
machine operating performance.
b. XCT80 adopts the vehicle combined
counterweight technology, the counterweight
mounting and consignment is even more
convenient.
c. T h e o per a tin g roo m i s equ i ppe d
additionally with the sliding doors, pedals and
other assistant devices, providing protection for
users safe use.
d. The whole machine has smooth line,
and the circular shed is newly designed, with
reasonable space layout and easy routine
maintenance.
e. Special double-cylinder double-rope row
telescopic mechanism technology is adopted,
resulting in more stable and reliable working.
f. The machine adopts electro-hydraulic
proportional control technology, multi-condition
multi-mode smart steering technology, with more
comfortable steering operation.
g. The whole structure shape topology is
optimized, so the stress distribution is reasonable
and structural strength is safe and reliable in
working.

mechanism, single pulley at arm end, and other
accessories are provided for users option.
i. The whole machine has low center of
gravity, good stability, high travel speed, great
climbing ability, exibility, and fast transitions in
working process.
a. Support: in the lifting operation, the crane should
be stopped on solid ground. The whole machine should
be maintained the level state, and the
ground subsidence
shall not happened during the operation;
b. When outriggers are used for operation, the
outriggers should be strongly supported on the rm
and at ground. The frame slewing ring mounting
surface inclination should not more than 1% in the
no-load case, and all tires should be off the ground;
c. Operating ambient temperature: -20~
+40;
d. Workplace wind speed: grade 5 wind (wind
speed of 14.1m/s, wind pressure below 125N/m
2
).
