Loading Tab Paper into Trays
The following describes the procedures used for loading tab paper into Trays 3 and 4 (below),
Tray 5 (Bypass) on page 2-12, and Tray 8 (Post-Process Inserter) on page 2-13.
KeyPoint
Do not load paper exceeding the maximum fill line. Doing so may cause paper jams and
other printer problems.
Loading Tab Paper into Trays 3 and 4
1. Slowly pull out the tray towards you until it stops.
2. Load and align the edge of the tab paper against the right edge of the tray with the side to
be copied or printed on facing down. Move the two paper guide levers while holding their
grips so that they lightly contact the edges of the paper.
WARNING
If you pull the tray out using too much force, it can hit and injure your knees.
