Paper Jams in the Duplex Unit
1. Open Tray 1 (Bypass tray) cover.
2. Open the upper cover.
3. Hold the handle on the center part of the
inner cover and open the inner cover.
4. Clear the jammed paper.
5. Close the inner cover, the upper cover, and
then Tray 1 (Bypass tray) cover.
