Auditron Administration Feature
When the Authentication and Auditron Administration features are enabled, you can print
the [Auditron Report] instead of the [Meter Report].
The [Auditron Report] lists the number of pages /sheets printed to date by each user.
Note
• The meter counts listed on this report are those from the time when the Authentication and Auditron
Administration features were enabled.
Disabling the Authentication and Auditron Administration features resets the meter counts.

Configuring the Authentication and Auditron Administration Features
Enabling User Authentication
To enable the Authentication feature, set [Admin Menu] > [System Settings] > [Print
Auditron] to [On] on the control panel, or set [Print Auditron] to [Enabled] on CentreWare
Internet Services.
Then, on CentreWare Internet Services, register the login information of users who are
granted access to the printer. The printer accepts or denies access based on the user IDs
and passwords registered on CentreWare Internet Services.
