The indicator next to the <Log In/Out>
button is lit while you are logged in to
the machine.
Note • You do not need to log in to the
machine for a scan job or print job.
If you wish to run a scan job after
logging in, simply press the
<Scan> button to switch the
machine to the Scan Mode.
Multiple Account Mode
This section describes how to log in when the machine is in the Multiple Account Mode.
Logging in to the Machine
The following procedure describes how to log in when the machine is in the Multiple
Account Mode.
Note • The System Administrator’s account number is "0", and its default password is "111".
1. When the machine is in the Multiple
Account Mode, [Id] appears blinking in
the Display. Enter an account number
using the numeric keypad.
The account number that you enter
appears in the Display.
Note • The account number "1" is used as
an example in this procedure.
2. Press the <Start> button to confirm the
entered account number.
