Start Bluetooth mode
Press the sensor key in the main menu.
Sensortaste.
Pairing the unit with an external
device
Before the rst usage of any Bluetooth
function the unit should be connected
via Bluetooth with the device of your
choice, e.g. your cell phone:

Activate the Bluetooth function in
your cell phone.
* In order to nd out how to activate
the Bluetooth function on your cell-
phone or other device please read the
corresponding manual.

Search for a new device named
SL-CAR-KIT (this very unit).

Select it to build a connection
between your cellphone and the unit.

If required enter the password
"0000" and conrm the entry.

Now the both are connected, the
prompt appears on the display.
Touch icon can disconnect
current connection; after disconnection,
press again to re-connect last device;
choose one of matching record, press
again can delete it.
Common information
This unit contains a Bluetooth feature
"hand-free phone call" which allows to
make your phone calls hand-free via
integrated microphone and loudspea-
kers.

Make a call
Press to switch to the numeric pad.
Once you have connected via
Bluetooth the unit with an external
device of your choice, the connec-
tion will be built automatically as
soon as the device appears in the
receiving area of the unit.
The Bluetooth function should be
"ON" both on the external device
and on the unit.
