The Mode feature is practical when you need to stop and run an errand,Pit Stop
but wish to keep the engine running.

Close sendthe vehicle doors, hood and trunk, then
the Remote Start command to start the vehicle*.
Send the Unlock command on the factory or
aftermarket remote*.
Key IN
OFF
START
ON
OR
Enter the vehicle, while making sure the
factory remote is inside with you.
Press the button to remote start the vehicle.*
The Parking Lights will flash to indicate theonce
vehicle is now in P Modeit Stop .
Turn the ignition ON.
Depress putthe brake pedal, the
car in gear and drive off.
It is now safe to leave the exitengine running and
the vehicle with the in hand.factory remote
Note: We recommend that you always lock the
doors of your vehicle when leaving it unattended.
