To Change/Reset a User’s Password
1. Select the user to open the user prole
2. Select Change Password
3. Enter the new password and select Save
→ For increased security, users whose passwords have been changed/reset
by an admin should change their password upon logging in with the new
password.
To Change a User’s Language Preference
→ This feature is user-specic and is not a system-wide seng.
1. Select the user to open the user prole
2. Select the preferred language from the Language dropdown
To Delete Users
1. Select the user to open the user prole
2. Select the Delete User buon at the boom of the screen
→ All client les associated with a user account must be transferred to
another user or deleted before the user account can be deleted. See Client
Management under Administrave Sengs for more informaon.

To Transfer Client Files Between Users
1. Select a user from the dropdown menu
2. Select the client le you wish to transfer

4. Select the user to whom you wish to transfer the client le
5. Select OK
To Delete Client Files
1. Select a user from the dropdown menu
2. Select the client le you wish to delete
3. Select the delete icon
