Appendix1-Troubleshoong
ForeSite SS soware does not communicate with the X4 and sensor pad:
1. Turn o the X4 by pressing the ON/OFF buon for one (1) second , then
turn it back on by pressing the ON/OFF buon for one (1) second.
2. Wait ten (10) seconds.
3. If the X4 indicator LED does not turn blue, contact XSENSOR Technical
Support.
4. If the LED turns blue, wait for the soware to begin communicang with
the sensor. Once a connecon is established, the sensor icon in the
soware will turn green.
5. If the soware sll does not communicate with the sensor pad, check to
see if the sensor pad has been properly paired with the device.
- Go to ForeSite Sengs in the soware
- Go to System Setup
- Under Network Conguraon, ensure that the “Enable Bluetooth
Adapter” opon is selected
- Under Bluetooth sengs, select the “Pair Sensors” opon
6. Once paired, the sensor should begin communicang with the soware.
7. If the sensor sll does not appear to pair with the soware, contact
XSENSOR Technical Support.
