The FT-65R/E Set Mode, already described in parts of many previous chapters,
iseasytoactivateandset.Itmaybeusedforcongurationofawidevarietyof
transceiver parameters, some of which have not been detailed previously
. Use
the following procedure to activate the Set Mode:
1.
Press the
F/W key, then press the
[
0 SET] key to enter the Set mode.
2. Press[▲][▼]keytoselecttheSetModeItemtobeadjusted.
3.
Press the
F/W key momentarily to enable adjustment of the Set Mode Item.
4. Press
[▲]

[▼]

to

adjust

or

select

the

parameter

to

be

changed

on

the

Set Mode Item selected in above step.
5.
After
completing your selection and adjustment, press the PTT switch mo
