10.3.1 Balancer Unit Assembly
1. Insert the oil seal into the clevis of the balancer unit to the correct
direction.
2. Apply Alvania EP Grease 2 on the lip part of the oil seal .
3. Inject Alvania EP Grease 2 into the outer ring of the needle bearing ,
and insert it into the clevis of the balancer unit so that the grease inlet
for the needle bearing is positioned at “*” in the figure below.
4. Mount the retaining ring .
