4. Press the Conf soft key when the party answers.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 to join more parties in the established conference call.
During the conference call, you can do the following:
- Press the Hold soft key to place the conference on hold.
- Press the Split soft key to split the conference call into individual calls on hold.
- Press the Manage soft key, and then press or to select the desired party:
Press the Far Mute soft key to mute the party. The muted party can hear everyone,
but no one can hear the muted party.
Press the Remove soft key to remove the selected party from the conference call.
Press the NewCall soft key to place a new call.
Press the Back soft key to return to the previous screen.
- Press to mute the conference call, all other participants can hear each other, but they
cannot hear you.
- Press or the EndCall soft key to drop the conference call.
Transfer On Conference Hang up
Transfer On Conference Hang up feature enables the IP phone to transfer the local conference
call to the other parties after the conference initiator drops the conference call.
To configure the transfer on conference hang up feature via the CommPortal phone
configurator:
1. Click on Features->Transfer.
2. Mark the desired radio box in the Transfer on Conference Hang up field.
- If you select Enabled, the other parties remain connected when the conference
initiator drops the conference call.
- If you select Disabled, the conference ends when the conference initiator drops the
conference call.
