Emergency Operation
Emergency Hand Pump
The emergency hand pump is located in the driver area of the machine. The pump handle
must be stored where the operator can nd it in an emergency.
Purpose: The emergency hand pump is used to raise the conditioner or the snow tank in
the event the engine will not operate.
Operating the Emergency Hand Pump
Pump the hand lever while actuating the desired function (Figure 10.1).
To raise the conditioner, lift the conditioner lift valve lever up while pumping the hand
pump lever. To raise the snow tank, lift the snow tank lift valve lever up while pumping
the hand pump lever.
If the pump does not work, check the oil level in the hydraulic tank.
