• Replace the resistance if faulty (performed by

The pellets do not drop
IMPORTANT: unplug the appliance before:
• Checking whether any pellets are stuck in the
chute
• Checking whether the auger is blocked
• Checking tightness of the door
Blockage of the boiler
Excessive use without cleaning the brazier Clean the brazier
Tank empty Load pellets in the tank
Auger without pellets
Fill the tank and follow the instructions for the rst
ignition of the boiler
