Front Panel Keys
PAUSE Key
The PAUSE key stops and restarts the
printing process. If the printer is idle
(not printing) when the PAUSE key is
pressed, no printing can occur. If the
PAUSE key is pressed while printing is
in progress, the printing stops once the
current label is complete. Pressing the
PAUSE key a second time resumes the
printing process.
FEED Key
The FEED key forces the printer to feed
one blank label. If the printer is idle, or
if the PAUSE function is active when
the FEED key is pressed, one blank la-
bel feeds from the printer immediately.
If the printer is printing, then one blank
label feeds out after completion of the
current batch of labels. After one blank
label feeds out, pressing FEED again
provides another blank label.
CANCEL Key
The CANCEL key is only recognized in
PAUSE mode. Press CANCEL to can-
cel the current label format. If no for-
mat is printing, then the next one to be
printed will be canceled. If no formats
are in memory, the CANCEL key is ig-
nored. If the CANCEL key is pressed
for an extended period of time (3 sec-
onds), the printer cancels all formats in
memory and the DATA light turns OFF.
