MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

CHANGING THE COOLANT
Keep the following instruction:
-
Open the valve of heating system (A)
and release the overpressure cap of
expansion tank (B).
- Drain the coolant from radiator.
Draining valve is accessible after
removing the left side shield.
- Drain the coolant from engine block.
Draining valve is accessible after
removing the right side shield.
- Close both draining valves after
draining the coolant (let the heating
valve opened).
- Fill the cooling system with antifreeze
mixture up to neck of expansion tank
and close it by overpressure cap.
- Start the engine and let it run
approximately 1 minute.
- Add the coolant in expansion tank up
to mark "MAX".
The minimal possible coolant level is
approximately 40 mm under the sealing
edge of filler. Close the expansion tank
by overpressure cap.
At tractor Z 10641 disassemble the
screw on the additional radiator and
check the quality of bleeding. Clear
liquid must drain from the radiator after
loosening the screw.
Never fill the cooling circuit by
water only! Use of another
coolant can damage the engine.
At tractors Z 11641 fill the
cooling circuit only by
Akros Fluid!
This liquid can not be mixed
with water or another anti-
freeze!
