CLEANING THE HEATING FILTERS
Filters are located under grills above the
front windshield from outside of the cab.
Regenerate filters by kicking out, or by
pressure air blowing through, according
to the stage of clogging. Daily check for
clogging. Exchange the strong clogged
filters.
Tractors are not equipped with
special filters of cab intake air.
That’s why tractors are not in-
tended for operation with aero-
sols and other health dangerous
mediums.
MAINTENANCE OF AIRCONDI-
TIONING
The most important part of
maintaining the AC system is
cleaning the AC condenser (this
is located in front of engine
radiator).
The clogged AC condenser re-
duces not only the
affectivity of
AC system but also the affectivity
of engine cooling.
Loosen the wing nuts keeping noc-
denser to the upper partition of bonnet.
Tilt the condenser and blow it out by
pressure air or wash it by pressure
water.
Within the right function of AC the air
humidity is condensed in the roof space
of cab. Condensed water is drained by
hoses in cab pillars and water drains in
the bottom part of pillar. Thatřs why it is
necessary to keep hoses clean for
proper draining the condensed water.
Tractors Z 11641 equipped with
AC are able to work on full load
up to ambient temperature 36“C
without any restriction.
