HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
CONNECTION OF MACHINES AND IMPLEMENTS TO HYDRAULIC OUTER
CIRCUIT
Connection of machines and implements being composed of more parts
Tractor without selective control valve
When working with agricultural machines which consist of more parts (combinators,
skids, and harrows), to which side frames, folded during transport to vertical position
by independent hydraulic cylinders, controlled by outer hydraulic circuit, are hinged to
the central frame, it is necessary to control folding of outer frames always by moving
the control lever of outer circuit to the rear position. Moving the control lever of outer
circuit in this direction ensures that pressure oil in quick coupling "1" causes lifting of
frames to vertical (transport) position. Quick coupling "2" is connected with return
line.
Tractor equipped with selective control valve
When working with agricultural machines which consist of more parts (combinators,
skids, and harrows), to which side frames, folded during transport to vertical position
by independent hydraulic cylinders, controlled by outer hydraulic circuit, are hinged to
the central frame, it is necessary to control folding of outer frames always by moving
the control lever of the selective control valve upwards (rearwards). At the same time
the „lifting“ branches of cylinders must be connected with quick couplings "4“ or "6“.
Connection of rotary hydraulic motor
If a rotary hydraulic motor is connected to the hydraulic outer circuit, the return line
must be always connected to the quick coupling "0".
Connection of reversible hydraulic motor
For functional reason, a reversible rotary hydraulic motor must be connected to quick
couplings "1" and "2", possibly always to quick couplings of one section of the
selective control valve. However, in this case both lines must be equipped with relief
valves which will reliably limit the pressure peaks during the machine run-out. The oil
return lines from these valves should be connected to the quick coupling "0".
