TENSIONING THE ENGINE V-BELT
To be tensioned properly, the belt deflec-
tion must be 7,5 mm when depressed
with the force of 25 N.
To adjust the belt tension to the specified
value, loosen the alternator fixing screws
(1, 2).
TENSIONING THE AIR-
CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR BELT
To be tensioned properly, the belt deflec-
tion must be 7,5 mm when depressed
with the force of 25 N.
To adjust the belt tension to the specified
value, loosen the fixing screws of the air-
conditioning compressor.
TIGHTENING THE CYLINDER HEADS
Tighten the cylinder heads in the speci-
fied sequence with the engine cold.
Torque 160 - 180 Nm
Valve clearance 0.25 ± 0.05 mm
VALVE CLEARANCE ADJUSTMENT
Adjust the engine valve clearance with
the engine cold. The correct valve clear-
ance both of suction and exhaust valves
is 0.25 ± 0.05 mm.
