TIRE MAINTENANCE AND ATTENDANCE
Regularly check the outer surface of tires and verify that tires are without defects in
the side part or over the bead and that the cord is not damaged.

Do not use the tires that have been damaged.

TIRE INFLATION
Basic values of recommended inflation pressures are mentioned in the Chapter “Main
technical parameters”. Regularly check the inflation pressure before the tractor
operation, when the tires are cold. The tractor air pressure regulator (B) can be used
for the tire inflation. The regulator serves as a pressure compensator, filling device for
tires and safety valve. Remove the wing nut from regulator (or remove the rubber
plug) when inflating the tire and mount a hose for the tire inflation instead. Screw in
the hose up to the end of thread so that the non-return valve could be depressed. In
case that the maximum pressure of 0.6 MPa (or 0.7 MPa in double-hose brakes) is
achieved in the air tank, the tire cannot be inflated. In this case it is necessary to
reduce the pressure by valve for draining the condensed water, located at the bottom
of the air tank (A). Remember to remount the wing nut (or rubber plug) to the air
pressure regulator after the tire inflation.
TRACTOR STORAGE
When the tractor is put out of operation
for a long period (storage), support the
tractor and reduce the tire pressures to
minimum (wheels must not touch the
ground).
