CLC clears the lap counter, and displays the com-
nand and erra~ summary.

This command compares two buffers. The memory
locations are addressed by segments (srcseg) and
(desseg), and offsets within segments (srcoff) and
(desoff). The number of words compared is
(count). The addresses and contents of th~ first
nonmatching locations, if any, are displayed.
