a) Makesuretheseatoccupiedandactivatethepedaltoextendtheboom.

Onlywhentheoperator’sseatisoccupiedandtheicononthedisplaylightsup,canthe
joysticksinitiatevariousmovement.
b) Tilt the pedal forward to extend the boom. If telescoping cylinder I is
activated,telescopicsection1extends.WhencylinderIisfullyextended,LMIwill
alarm.PushbuttononLMI tochange tocylinder II.Thetelescopicsections2,3
and4moveoutatthesametime;

Ifthehookblockcontactstheanti-twoblockweightduringboomtelescoping,
acoustic/visualwarningwillbesentoutandthemovement “Boomextending” is
switchedoff.Payoutthehoistropealittleiftheboomisstillneededtobeextended.
Duringcommissioningormaintenance,theswitch-offcanbebypassedbythe
bypasskeyswitch.However,theoperationshouldbecarriedoutwithmaximum
caretopreventaccidents.
