6.2.1.Classification of maintenance period
The period maintenance list is divided into the following maintenance period units:
◼ Daily —— 1 Day
◼ Weekly —— 7 Days
◼ Monthly —— 30 Days
◼ Other —— Irregular
◼ Command operation
The system counts down the maintenance items from the current maintenance time of each
maintenance item.
◼ Daily maintenance
⚫ Daily maintenance before test
1) Check whether the wash buffer and liquid waste tube connection is normal;
2) Check whether the wash buffer and cuvettes are sufficient;
3) Empty the solid waste container and liquid waste container.
⚫ Daily maintenance after test
1) Check whether there are stains on the analyzer panel. If there are, please
wipe off the stains with a lint-free cloth dampened with 75% alcohol;
2) Check whether there are any stains on the cuvettes tossing mouth of the
analyzer. If there are, please wipe off the stains with a lint-free cloth
dampened with 75% alcohol.
⚫ Weekly maintenance (please turn off the power of the analyzer during
maintenance)
1) Check the status of the sample/reagent probe, whether it is bent or dirty, and
gently wipe it with a lint-free cloth (or cotton ball) moistened with 75% alcohol.
Wipe the surface of the probe, then use a dust-free cloth (or cotton ball)
dampened with pure water to gently wipe the surface of the probe;
2) Check if there are crystals at the mouth of the probe cleaning pool; If there are,
please wipe the crystals clean with a dust-free cloth dampened with pure
water;
3) Check whether there are any stains on the black surface of the cleaning tray. If
there are, please use a lint-free cloth dampened with 75% alcohol to wipe off
the stains. Wipe off with a lint-free cloth with pure water;
4) Check whether there are any stains on the gripper. If there are, please use a
lint-free cloth dampened with 75% alcohol to wipe off the stains. Wipe off with
a dust cloth dipped with pure water;
