or its local agents.
3.8.Substrate preparation
3.8.1. Substrate load
After confirming your analyzer status and finishing the pre-inspection, the substrate
used for daily test needs to be prepared. In the sleep state, your analyzer must be
awakened before loading the substrate.
1) Open the substrate replacement flip cover of the instrument, confirm the position of
the loaded substrate (the operator faces the instrument on the left hand side is substrate 1,
and the right hand side is substrate 2), and place the substrate;
2) Close the substrate and replace the flip cover.
3.8.2. Scan substrate
After confirming substrate is loaded, substrates need to be scanned in the
software.
1) Click the [Reagent], and then click the [Consumables] page;
2) Select [Substrate 1] or [Substrate 2] that is consistent with the position just placed;
3) Click the [Load] button to pop up the scan window;
4) Use an external barcode reader to scan the barcode on the substrate;
5) Confirm that the substrate information in the pop-up window is correct;
6) Click [OK], the software interface will display the substrate information
corresponding to the substrate position, that is, scan and load the substrate
successfully; If they are inconsistent, please contact technical service engineers
of Zybio or its local agents.
Always wear gloves, work clothes to prevent infection, if
necessary, please wear protective glasses, and do not directly
contact reagents or substrates, otherwise may cause skin
damage or inflammation and other hazards.
3.9.Wash buffer preparation
The wash buffer is used to clean the sample/reagent probe and the cleaning during
the test process, and can only be loaded manually.
