3.2.Operation procedures

Steps
Description
1. Pre-inspection
Check the power supply, liquid waste connection, reagent &
sample probe/stirring rod, wash buffer remaining. Substrate
remaining, number of cuvettes, remaining capacity of solid
waste container.
2. Start up
Turn on the power switch and launch the operating software.
3. Confirm your
analyzer status
Check the system status, alarm status, reagent/calibration status
and maintenance status.
4. Preparation of
reagent and wash
buffer
Prepare reagent and wash buffer.
5. Calibration test
Request calibration item, prepare calibrator, start calibration test.
6. QC test
QC test request, prepare the control, and start the QC test.
7. Routine test
Routine sample test request, prepare samples, and start sample
test.
8. Start
Start testing the requested item.
9. Stop
Stop testing the requested item.
10. Routine
maintenance
Clean the reagent & sample tray, analyzer panel, etc.
11. Shutdown
Perform the shutdown operation.

1) Check the power supply, confirm that the power supply can provide the correct
