2) Check the power cable of your analyzer and confirm that it is firmly connected and
there is no looseness.
3.3.2.Check probe
Check the reagent & sample probe to confirm that there is no dirt or bending.
Wash reagent & sample probe if dirt is present;
Replace reagent & sample probe if it is bent.
3.3.3.Check residual wash buffer
Check the residual wash buffer, if the residual is insufficient, please add or replace it in
time.
3.3.4.Check residual cuvettes
Check the residual cuvettes, if the residual cuvettes are insufficient, add it in time.
3.3.5.Check solid waste container
If the solid waste container is full, please empty it in time;
3.3.6.Check liquid waste tube connection
1) Check whether the liquid waste in the liquid waste container is emptied, and if not,
empty the liquid waste container;
2) Ensure that the liquid waste tube is not bent, and the liquid outlet to the sewer is
not more than 12 cm above ground.
Biological Risk
Please treat the liquid waste according to local discharge standards.
3.3.7.Check movement component
Make sure that there is no interference in the movement of the movable parts such as
reagent & sample probe, cleaning tray, reaction tray, reagent & sample tray, syringe parts,
etc. and the movement is smooth and the positioning is accurate.
