2.5.Product composition
Your analyzer is composed of analysis unit, operation unit and accessories. The analysis
unit is composed of a sample processing system, a reagent processing system, a cuvette
transportation system, a sample reagent injection system, a reaction solution mixing system,
a magnetic separation system, a substrate system, and a photometric and reaction system;
The operation unit includes a display, a hand-held barcode scanner and analysis software;
The accessories include a wash buffer container, a wash buffer floating ball sensor, a liquid
waste container and a liquid waste floating ball sensor.
2.5.1.Reagent & sample processing unit
The reagent & sample processing unit is used to load reagents and samples, send each
reagent and sample to a corresponding reagent position and sample position, and then inject
them into a cuvette for reaction. The photoelectric detection unit then measures the amount
of luminous photons in the reaction solution. The reagent & sample processing unit is mainly
composed of the following components:
⚫ Reagent processing system
⚫ Sample processing system
⚫ Reagent & sample dispensing system
2.5.1.1. Reagent processing system
The reagent tray component includes a reagent tray (including a reagent tray cap) and a
reagent refrigeration system.
The reagent tray is designed as a disk, located on the right front side of the console of
your analyzer to load the reagent kits and mix the magnetic particle. Each reagent kit is
transferred to the corresponding reagent intake position separately, waiting for the reagent
and sample probe to aspiration. The reagent tray has 16 reagent positions.
The reagent kit is used to hold reagents. The reagent bottle kit is divided into three parts,
which are used to hold R1, R2, and M.
The reagent refrigeration system is used to ensure that the reagents in the reagent kits
are kept in a low temperature environment at all times to keep the reagent stable and reduce
volatilization. The reagent tray has a 24-hour refrigeration function.
Two button indicator lights are arranged on the outside of the reagent tray on the panel.
The inner indicator light is used to indicate the operation status of the reagent kit and control
the rotation of the reagent tray. During the test, after triggering the software to pause, press
the inner indicator button to rotate reagent tray to load and unload reagent kits.
