Trigger the [Load Reagent] button, and the loaded reagent scan window will
pop up;
Take out the reagent kit and scan the reagent barcode with an external
barcode reader;
After loading, you need to put the reagent bottle back to the corresponding
position of the instrument loading;
Confirm that the reagent information in the pop-up window is correct;
Click [OK], the reagent information is displayed in the [Reagent List], that is,
the manual loading of the reagent is successful;
9) Check the marked "M" in the upper right corner in [Reagent List], which means
manual loading of reagents is successful, if it is not displayed, please contact the
technical service engineers of Zybio or its local agents.
Manual loading of reagents requires manual unloading. That is to say, if the manually
loaded reagent position does not load new reagents or the software interface triggers
reagent unloading, the manual loading reagent will always display the default loading on
the software interface.
Caution
1) The name of the reagent being used will be marked with "*";
2) The reagent used by default is to load the reagent first, if you
want to load the reagent after use, please unload the reagent
first.
3.7.2 Scanning master calibration curve
After confirming the reagent is loaded, the master calibration curve needs to be
scanned in the software for the reagent loaded for the first time in this batch.
1) Select a reagent in the [Reagent List] of the reagent interface;
2) Trigger [Scan Master Calibration Curve], the master calibration curve scanning
window will pop up;
3) Use an external barcode reader to scan the master calibration curve on the kit;
4) Confirm that the reagent item name and batch number of the master curve in the
pop-up window are correct;
5) Click [OK], the corresponding column of the master calibration curve in the
[Reagent List] displays "Y", that is, the scanning of the master calibration curve is
successful; If they are inconsistent, please contact the technical service engineers of Zybio
